Refund & Cancellation Policy

Information regarding refunds for school fees and system subscriptions.

1. School Fee Refunds

SkoolPay is a platform that facilitates fee collection for educational institutions. Decisions regarding the refund of school fees, admission fees, or tuition fees are made solely by the respective educational institution. Parents seeking a refund must contact the school administration directly.

2. Technical Errors

In the event of a double payment or a technical error where the amount is deducted from the user's account but not reflected in the school's records, SkoolPay will investigate and process a refund to the original payment source within 5-7 working days after verification.

3. Software Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees paid by institutions for the use of the SkoolPay platform are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider pro-rated refunds in exceptional cases or service delivery failures at the discretion of COAB Private Limited.

4. Cancellation

Institutions may cancel their subscription at any time by providing 30 days' notice. Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
