1. Digital Delivery
SkoolPay is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical products are shipped. Access to the software is granted immediately upon successful registration and payment of subscription fees.
2. Payment Receipts
Digital receipts for school fee payments are generated instantly upon successful transaction. These are delivered to the user via:
- In-app download link
- Registered Email address
- WhatsApp notification (if enabled)
3. Service Activation
For new educational institutions, the full suite of management tools is activated within 24-48 hours after verifying the institution's credentials and completing the onboarding process.
4. Physical Deliverables
In rare cases where physical training materials or hardware (like biometric devices) are ordered, shipping times will be 7-10 working days via local courier partners.
