3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Educational institutions are responsible for the accuracy of student data and fee structures uploaded to the platform.
4. Payment & Fees
SkoolPay facilitates fee collection. While we strive for 100% uptime, COAB Private Limited is not liable for delays caused by banking networks or third-party payment gateways. Subscription fees for the software are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SkoolPay are the exclusive property of COAB Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
COAB Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
